A parent who registers classes on ichesswhiz.com is required to permit for his/her child to be recorded during an online class session, your student may appear in video/audio recordings.

 

If a parent or guardian does not want their student’s image recorded,  your child will still participate in the lessons but will be seated out of camera range or turning off-camera while participating in online training classes.

 

Every registered student through ichesswhiz.com online class must give the following permission to ichesswhiz.com:

 

As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/videotape taken during the online study for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentations, or broadcast via newspaper, internet, or other media sources). I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or damages.
