In the Octo Beginner Level, students are introduced to chess rules, and how to move and capture the different pieces, and how to open a new game and progressively finish it successfully.  The coaches will introduce one or two popular chess openings and introducing students to the concept of a chess opening, middle game, and end game.  Students will learn the importance of chess strategies in the chess game. It’s recommended for the students with no chess experience up to the students with USCF 600. There are exact eight students in this particular group.
